    2500m³ Biogas Balloon

    This project is an industrial wastewater treatment biogas project, equipped with a 2500m³ Biogas Balloon for collecting and storing biogas produced during wastewater treatment.

    General industrial wastewater has low organic matter content and relatively low biogas yield. Wastewater from paper mills, starch plants and alcohol plants is high in concentration and easy to ferment, with considerable biogas output. The Biogas Balloon has good air to tightness and stable operation, adapting to various industrial wastewater working conditions. It realizes biogas resource recovery, achieving energy conservation and environmental protection.

    In Korea, our installation team successfully finished the installation of a 200m³ Biogas Dome. Our installation team finished the project in 4 days.

    This is a food waste biogas project. Biogas from food waste has high sulfur content and unstable gas output, requiring equipment with good corrosion resistance and stable performance. The client wanted premium quality equipment while keeping the project cost under control. After careful comparison, they finally chose the 200m³ double membrane Biogas Dome from Haiyue. This Biogas Dome uses professional anti-corrosion membrane materials and an intelligent pressure stabilization system. It fits perfectly for complex food waste biogas conditions and runs safely and steadily all the time. With the same quality and standard, it provides high performance with good cost performance. Its modular design allows easy installation and short construction time, making it a reliable and economical solution for food waste biogas projects.

    2 × 3000m³ Biogas Balloon

    This project is a biogas project supporting food waste treatment, equipped with 2 sets of 3000m³ Biogas Balloon.

    Food waste is easy to rot and produce bad smell. It also takes up landfill land, pollutes soil and water, and wastes useful resources. This project uses anaerobic fermentation technology. It turns organic matter into clean biogas energy. Biogas residue can be made into nutrient soil and landscape base fertilizer. Treated biogas slurry can be returned to farmland for ecological use. The Biogas Balloon has good sealing and stable gas storage pressure. It keeps biogas stored safely and delivered steadily. It makes full reuse of food waste and supports environmental protection and green low-carbon development.

    ZONGULDAK TURKEY

    In Zonguldak (Turkey) our installation team successfully finished the installation of 2 Biogas Balloons. The Biogas Balloons have a diameter of 300m³ and 600m³. Our installation team finished the project in a little bit more than a week!

    This is the Modern Paper Industry Project in Turkey. The paper mill wastewater has a high concentration of organic matter, resulting in significant biogas production. The high gas flow poses major challenges to the transmission pipelines, pressure relief devices, and overall operational stability.

    Given the site’s operating conditions—characterized by high gas volumes, high pressure loads, and significant fluctuations in gas production—we implemented a solution involving two gas holders to address the client’s core challenges:

    • Ensuring continuous production: The two units serve as mutual backups; even during maintenance of a single unit, the system continues to operate normally, preventing gas supply interruptions.
    • Balancing pipeline pressure: The dual tanks distribute gas storage, dispersing flow loads to reduce pipeline pressure and alleviate pressure on the relief system;
    • Mitigating gas production fluctuations: Each tank independently regulates storage volume, flexibly buffering fluctuations in gas volume to maintain long-term system stability;
    • Ensuring industrial safety: Two independent monitoring, pressure stabilization, and relief control systems provide multi-layered safety protection, significantly reducing operational risks associated with high-pressure biogas.

  • VAN LAM | VIETNAM

    VAN LAM | VIETNAM

    VAN LAM | VIETNAM

    In Van Lam, Hung Yen, Vietnam, our installation team successfully installed a 400m³ biogas dome. The job was done in just 3 days.

    Our customer, Minhan Paper Joint Stock Company, had a problem: very limited factory space. That meant conventional gas storage solutions would not work.

    There was another challenge too. The biogas from papermaking contains high levels of sulfur, and the gas volume is unstable. This means the equipment needs to resist corrosion and run reliably under changing conditions.

    Minhan Paper chose the 400m³ double membrane biogas dome from Qingdao Haiyue.

    We installed it right above their wastewater tank using a custom steel platform. This design saved a lot of valuable factory space.

    The biogas dome uses corrosion-resistant membrane material and has stable pressure control. This perfectly solves both problems — sulfur corrosion and fluctuating gas volume — keeping the biogas system running safely and efficiently.

    THAILAND

    In Thailand, our installation team installed a very nice project of a Double Membrane. The Biogas dome has a diameter of Ø5.9m. The Biogas dome design has a membrane height of 5.1m.

    For tight spaces where the gas holder wasn’t part of the original plan, we recommend our elevated steel support structure. It lifts the entire gas holder off the ground. This creates valuable space underneath, allowing pipes to run directly through the base. The result? No extra ground space is needed, and no costly re-routing of existing pipelines. It’s an ideal solution for retrofit projects or any site with limited space, and it also makes future pipe inspection and maintenance much easier.
