VAN LAM | VIETNAM

In Van Lam, Hung Yen, Vietnam, our installation team successfully installed a 400m³ biogas dome. The job was done in just 3 days.

Our customer, Minhan Paper Joint Stock Company, had a problem: very limited factory space. That meant conventional gas storage solutions would not work.

There was another challenge too. The biogas from papermaking contains high levels of sulfur, and the gas volume is unstable. This means the equipment needs to resist corrosion and run reliably under changing conditions.

Minhan Paper chose the 400m³ double membrane biogas dome from Qingdao Haiyue.

We installed it right above their wastewater tank using a custom steel platform. This design saved a lot of valuable factory space.

The biogas dome uses corrosion-resistant membrane material and has stable pressure control. This perfectly solves both problems — sulfur corrosion and fluctuating gas volume — keeping the biogas system running safely and efficiently.
