The APP IKK Project in Indonesia is located in a tropical area with perennial high temperature and humidity. The biogas generated from papermaking is corrosive.
Ordinary gas storage facilities are easy to age and leak gas with a short service life under such environment. Frequent maintenance not only affects production but also raises operation costs.
By adopting the 400m³ Biogas Dome from Qingdao Haiyue, the project has perfectly solved these problems. The professional membrane material is sun-proof and resistant to biogas corrosion. It adopts superior sealing performance to effectively reduce gas loss and runs with stable pressure. Suitable for tropical conditions, it features long service life and low daily maintenance, ensuring steady biogas supply for the factory.
