Biogas Balloon Need an economical and efficient solution for biogas storage? The biogas balloon system is designed for the storage of biogas, carbon dioxide, and other gases in various anaerobic digestion and wastewater treatment projects. The storage system consists of an inner membrane, an outer membrane, and a bottom membrane. Gas is safely stored between the inner membrane and the bottom membrane. An air blower supplies constant air pressure between the membranes, allowing the outer membrane to maintain a stable structure and withstand environmental conditions such as wind and snow. The flexible design allows gas to be added or removed without changing the external appearance of the system, ensuring stable pressure and reliable operation. The biogas balloon is installed on a concrete base and is supplied with pressure protection valves and a level monitoring system as standard. Additional options including methane detection devices, automatic control systems, and lightning protection can be integrated based on customer needs.
